Reina Angelica Lydia Salazar

Age: 17
Angelica is 17 years old and will be a 2009 Ashworth University Graduate. She was a member of the Sophomore Senate and participated in Taos Tiger Cheerleading and the Orange Krush Drill Team while attending Taos High School.

She is also involved in the American Relay for Life Cancer Society and is an active member of the San Francisco de Asis Church community.

She loves dancing and gymnastics and enjoys coaching the little league team “The Athletes”.

Angelica plans to attend the University of Therapeutic Massage Institute, Inc. to pursue a career in Health and Healing Arts. Her goals are to become a Massage Therapist.

Angelica is the daughter of Molly and Tim Salazar of Ranchos de Taos. Her Maternal Grandparents are Rose and Marty Baxter. Her Paternal Grandmother is Susana Trujillo.

Princesa Ashley Anne Cecilia Branch y Baca

Age: 17
Ashley is 17 years old and a 2009 Taos High School Graduate where she participated in Taos Tiger Cross Country and on the Taos Tiger Track and Field Team. She also participated in the Taos Taekwondo Academy where she currently holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt.

She loves to run, read, write, and draw and enjoys pet-sitting, baby-sitting and listening to music.

Her plans are to attend the University of New Mexico to pursue a career in Sports Medicine. Her goals are to become a Physical Therapist.

Ashley is the daughter of Darlene and James Branch of Taos. Her Maternal Grandparents are Frances and Alfredo Baca. Her Paternal Grandfather is Benjamin Branch. Her Great- Grandmother is Juanita Vigil.

Princesa Jenea Lysette Maestas

Age: 18
Jenea is 18 years old and a 2009 Taos High School Graduate where she participated in Student Council and Junior Senate. These leadership roles involved assisting in the planning and organizing of school related functions.

She loves reading, sewing, and making craft projects. She also enjoys cheerleading and gymnastics, and any sport and outdoor activity.

Her plans are to attend the University of New Mexico to pursue a career in the Science Field.

Jenea is the daughter of Denise and David Maestas of Taos. Her Maternal Grandparents are Florence and Tim Romero. Her Paternal Grandparents are Josie and the late Alex Maestas.
